How booking works at El Marena, in plain words. If anything's unclear, just ask us on WhatsApp.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon) the next day.
Booking and payment
- Book on WhatsApp or by phone. We confirm your dates and the price in the chat.
- Once your dates are confirmed, we'll send you the payment details and tell you if an advance is needed.
Cancellation
- Please ask about cancellation and refunds before you pay, and we'll explain the terms for your dates.
Guests
- A duplex cottage sleeps up to 4 guests, and a single cottage up to 2.
- Bringing children or one extra guest? Ask us first and we'll see what we can do.
Food and extras
- Duplex cottages come with a complimentary breakfast, every cottage comes with a complimentary drink, and mineral water is free. Other restaurant meals, the candlelight dinner on the beach, bike or auto rides and self-cooking are paid extras.
House rules
- Please keep the island clean, and leave the coral, shells and rocks where you find them.
- Please keep the noise down at night, so everyone can enjoy the quiet.
Privacy
- This website has no forms and does not use tracking cookies.
- When you message us on WhatsApp, we only use your details to handle your booking.
